Redemption of subordinated bond issue

ARAG SE (formerly ARAG Allgemeine Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-Aktiengesellschaft), Düsseldorf, gives notice to entirely exercise redemption of the subordinated bearer bond issued in 2005 (WKN A0E905, ISIN XS0226284882) in the nominal amount of € 50 million as of the earliest possible date, 5 August 2015, pursuant to § 4 (c) in conjunction with § 3 (a) of the terms and conditions.
The bearer bond is to be repaid in the nominal amount plus the interest accrued (exclusively) as of 5 August 2015 according to the provisions of the terms and conditions.

Dividend announcement ARAG SE fiscal 2014

On 22 May 2015, the Annual Meeting of ARAG SE, Düsseldorf, resolved to distribute the net profit from fiscal 2014 in the amount of € 27,575,028.08 as follows:
15.0 percent dividend on share capital of € 100,000,000.00: € 15,000,000.00
Transfer to other revenue reserves: € 12,500,000.00
Carry-forward to following year: € 75,028.08
The dividend was disbursed on 26 May 2015.
